My 5 great successes to date

I've just been Blog tagged!!! scary I know!! by www.leawoodward.com; a savy internet business and marketing Coach for the health and wellness industry. She got me into this blogging business.... Anyway, she has asked me to list my top 5 successes to date, and it's really fun and rewarding thing to do as it makes you sit up and say wow look what I have achieved!! so here goes in no particular order........

1. Meeting my wonderful fiance Robert who is the man I want to spend the rest of my life with and start a family with.....(a common success for so many of us but such an important one once you find the right partner)
2. Achieving Royal Health Coach status to one of the most high profile Royal families within Saudi Arabia.
3. As a result, finally believing in my capabilites and breaking down my level of fear to start my own online health coaching site.
4. Practising what I preach and seeing the results for myself; no more chronic IBS, no more anxiety attacks, no more sugar cravings, no more depression!
5. Believing that I have the ability to complete a Masters in Holistic Nutrition, I'm starting very soon!

How I got rid of chronic IBS after 15 years of suffering

I suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for 15 years and I look back at those years of shame and social exclusion I endured, as no one dared (certainly not me) discuss the personal agony they suffered with their bowels. Our dream villa in Bahrain

As you read in one of my first blogs, I had just watched "the Secret" and was all inspired by the ethos. Therefore I immediately pictured where I see Rob and I in 5 years and have started the search for our dream villa. With so many of the Gulf states devolping similar housing projects such as the Palm of Dubai, we are fortunate to have a choice in Bahrain. We looked the other day at an appartment on AMWAJ island which has already begun selling properties. Yes, and after we had found this one, ofcourse all of them had been sold! But it certainly gives you an idea of what is on offer out here in the Gulf, and lets you know that non residents can invest out here. Ive also posted some photos of little ole Bahrain and some beach bodies on display at the beach volleyball contest held at Al Bander. Fun days in the sun. In addition, check out the skyline pictures of the city Manama where some mighty fine buildings are almost complete.
