It's official; a Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition

OMG! Since graduating, I told myself I would never again put myself through academic torture. So how have I changed in the last five years to sign up for a Masters of Science?

1.   My health and moods; as a result of using natural supplementation and nutrition to heal from within.

2.   My outlook on life has dramatically changed for the better as a result of applying healthy lifestyle tools.

3.   My newly found self belief for personal happiness and success.

4.   My visualization for where I want to be in five years from now applying the law of attraction

The summer is here! Why am I happy?

It's hilarious as I write the title, I sit here in 42 degrees centigrade heat. Not literally; you will be pleased to know that I have air conditioning. Although, the sun shines everyday and it certainly feels like its summer all year round. So why am I excited?
