This is really scary! Thanks for posting about it. I will email the link to my friend - she is seriously addicted to diet drinks and I'm sure they're doing bad things to her health.

Although there is a bit of fear laced into this post, it does raise some relevant points. One is that you're able to get the true facts with regards to diet drinks. Secondly, it's good to know that you can have diet drinks at times, but as with anything that's too good to be true in dieting, only use it a bit at a time rather than incorporating it completely into one's diet.
