Hi all,
First of all I am happy to say that Rob and I have moved to a lovely new apartment in Umm Al Hassam. We moved in a couple of days ago and the girls (cats) and I are enjoying the space to run around in. ( the cats more than me!).
I wanted to announce that our new home has an amazing gym, so for all
my existing personal training clients, please take notice of the email
informing you of the new location.
Summer is well and truly here in Bahrain as it heats up and yesterday was certainly the start of the humidity. I personally love this weather and after teaching a class will drive home in my car with the windows open enjoying the hot air as it warms me up. Bahrain is very quiet at the moment, as most families have gone back to the UK or their other homes for the summer (to get away from the heat).
I'll be here until August 5th and will return August 30th. Rob and I are in the UK for a wedding and catching up with friends and I also get 2 weeks in Florida with my mum. (not exactly escaping the heat or humidity)
So please bare these dates in mind when booking your training sessions,
