TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Initial 15 min phone consultation is free.
2. First consultation to discuss programmes and testing is BD50
3. Payments should be made in cash, cash cheque or Paypal.
4. Invoices will be emailed with a cost breakdown.
5. Consultations on an Ad-hoc basis are charged at BD44 for 60 min per person
6. Consultations on an Ad- hoc basis are charged at BD22 for 30 min per person
7. Shipping is the responsibility of the client and extra charges may be incurred ranging from BD12-15
8. Samantha recommends using Fed-Ex and can provide relevant details if required.
9. Please ensure that all documents are completed, that the sample is placed into its container and sealed.
10. Please ensure that the documents are signed and the test date is completed.
11. Samantha is happy to provide consultations at a location that is convenient for the client.
12. Test results Consultations will be charged on an Ad-hoc basis if not part of a programme.
13. Samantha will drop off supplements, kits at no extra charge.
14. If you require a second kit after incorrectly completing your first; a 30% admin fee will be charged.
