If you are looking for that intense kick start to your exercise routine then may I suggest the KICK START 30 which is designed to give you results after just 30 days.
You must have access to your own equipment (Swiss Ball and free
weights) or access to a gym and be prepared to work on your own for
extra sessions. A structured program is provided with details of each
exercise, rest days and intensity. This program is most suited for those of you already familiar with working out with weights but need some motivation to get you back exercising.
